Admission is open to anyone who chooses the educational experience we offer and is a good fit as determined by the Director of Schools.
Step 1: MEET
Contact the Director of Admissions, Mackenzie Reynolds at 847-724-0057, ext.35 to schedule an Educational Consultation with the Director of Schools. During your visit, you will receive a tour of the campus and facilities, observe classes in session, and discuss the school's mission and philosophy. Parents may also meet with the Pastor of the Glenview New Church, either concurrent with or separate from the meeting with the Director of Schools, to explore the religious philosophy upon which the school is based. Additionally, your child should meet with the homeroom teacher and classroom in which he or she will be enrolled. During this time any readiness testing or assessments can take place as needed.
Step 2: APPLY
If you feel the school is a good fit and your child is likely to be successful here, you may apply. To apply we will need a $100 non-refundable registration fee per family, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, past academic records, and a completed registration form per child. Upon receipt of the application, you will receive information for the financial aid process. After the financial aid process is complete, you may also apply for additional scholarship through the school. Please contact Erik Synnestvedt, the Director of Schools, at 847-724-0057, ext. 20 for information.
Step 3: ENROLL
Once your application is received and reviewed, you may be invited to enroll. You will receive a letter regarding enrollment along with an enrollment packet. Please note: final decision regarding enrollment is at the discretion of the Director of Schools.
In order to maintain acceptable class size in each grade, it is sometimes necessary to limit enrollment. When this is the case, the following priority scale is followed in accepting registrations:
Students currently enrolled in grades PK-8
Siblings of students currently enrolled in grades PK-8
All remaining applicants in order of their application
